MainStreet is a company on a roll.  We have opened nine Urgent Care clinics in less than two years and are in the process of doubling again in the next 18 months.  The team is experiencing phenomenal growth on all fronts.  And you can be part of that.

Our approach has been to re-imagine every step in the process of delivering care…and now it is time fundamentally change the traditional approach to Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). 

Side Note: RCM is the process of coding charts, billing, and collecting and is traditionally a massive source of inefficiency and waste in the system.

We are looking to build a team that will bring the RCM process in house and approach it from a whole new perspective.  We are assembling a team that has Artificial Intelligence consultants, software developers, systems thinking experts, process gurus, and most importantly fun loving and driven individuals who can become passionate about RCM.

You don’t need any experience in Medical Coding, Billing, or Claims Management. What you need is to be AWESOME and ready to build a team that is AWESOME!  

Every day in every way we are going to make the process better, and we want you to be a part of that.

Here is what being on this team is going to look like for you:

  • Become a master of the RCM process
    • How are claims coded; you can code them (we will teach you).
    • How are claims submitted; you can run the process of submitting claims.
    • What do to do when a claim is rejected or denied?
      • This is when you go into sleuth mode: calling the insurance company and discovering all their excuses for not paying….
    • What about when we don’t get paid what we thought we would?
    • What do we do when insurance company or patients is not paying?
    • We got paid!  Now what?  Getting this information into the system efficiently.
  • Hello, how can we help you?
    • Customers will also call into the team with all manner of questions and dilemmas.
    • Revolutionary Approach ALERT: We are going to help these people in need get resolutions. Boom.
  • Do we really need to do this?
    • You are always on the lookout for ways to make the process work more efficiently.
    • Can we automate? 
    • Can we do front end work that eliminates downstream steps?
  • Schedule, schedule, schedule
    • The team will be scheduled in two groups.  
    • Each group will work on a two week rotating schedule as follows
      • Week One
        • Monday and Tuesday:  8am to 6pm  (10h days)
        • Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: Off
        • Saturday and Sunday:  8am to 6pm (10h days)
      • Week Two
        • Monday:  8am to 6pm  (10h days)
        • Tuesday: Off
        • Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 8am to 6pm (10h days)
        • Saturday and Sunday:  Off
