The bottom line?  DW provides primary and urgent care, both in clinic and via telemedicine, for only $49/m. No other bills.
That's right, no additional bill for labs, x-rays, stitches, flu shot, flu test, IVs......Boom.

What would you do at DoctorWellington?
Small business owners want to offer quality, affordable healthcare to their employees.  Sadly, employers often have to send people to the individual market, or have to provide a company sponsored plan with high deductibles.  That's where DW steps in.  Employers can offer DW to their employees for $49/m and then the employees get quality urgent and primary care without needing to foot the bill (b/c if they used their health insurance they would have to pay out of pocket toward deductible).  This arrangement is called Direct Primary Care and is a movement gaining significant national momentum.

Your job is to get out there and educate small business owners on DW and help them sign up!  (Turns out that large businesses love DW too b/c when employees get quality primary care, healthcare costs go down!)

We also provide DW to individuals. Part of your role is getting the word out with breakfast and lunch sessions at any and all organizations you can leverage. 

More About You
You have some experience in outside sales. You know how to get to the right people and lead prospects to the right solution. You have a proven track record.

Qualifications
1-4 years related work experience in sales

1. Super Outgoing

90% of the job is doing calls outside of the office to promote DW by selling our services to potential users. 

2. Time Management
You must be able to manage your time wisely and be willing to put in as many hours per week as needed. This is not a job for someone who simply wants to punch a time clock and earn a paycheck. It is a job for someone who wants to own their position and grow the business.

3. Outside Sales
If you've never wanted a career in outside sales, this position isn't for you.
If you love doing outside sales, meeting people, and helping them learn how the services you have to offer are beneficial for them, this position could be a perfect fit. 

4. Self Starter
If you need someone continually telling you what to do, this position isn't for you.
If, after completing training and reviewing a marketing plan, you're the type of person who can run with it and find new and even better ways of doing things on your own, you'll thrive. 

5. Persuasive

If every time you hear the word "no" you're continually looking for a new way to turn that into a "yes", this position is for you.

This often means working on things at home, working evenings and weekends, and working more than a traditional "40 hours per week". As our key BD lead, a big part of the success of the business ultimately falls on how well you market the business to bring in new accounts.

This goes along with number 5 (persuasive). There will be moments in your job when you must negotiate everything from chic fil a rates to closing a new account. If you enjoy the challenge and excitement of closing a deal, you'll love your career.
