Exciting Revenue Cycle Manager Opportunity at MainStreet Family Care
Do you love turning a team into a well-oiled machine? Does hitting (and beating) a KPI target give you more of a rush than your morning coffee? If you get genuine satisfaction out of coaching someone through their first tough month on the job, watching them level up, and then watching them lead — this job is for YOU.
If you think showing appreciation for your team is a waste of time, or you'd rather hide behind a spreadsheet than have a real conversation with someone who's struggling — this role is not for you.
Position Summary
The Revenue Cycle Manager takes ownership of day-to-day operations for the Revenue Cycle department as a frontline manager, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant reimbursement across all revenue cycle functions. This role provides direct leadership to a team of approximately 15 employees through scheduling oversight, regular coaching, performance management, and employee development, while staying cross-trained across every role on the team. The Revenue Cycle Manager maintains a tight feedback loop with the VP and Product Manager to surface obstacles, prioritize work, and drive resolution of systemic issues affecting KPI performance.
But this role is bigger than the day-to-day. Every claim processed accurately, and every denial resolved quickly means a patient isn't caught in the middle of a billing mess, and a rural community keeps access to the care it depends on. The work your team does behind the scenes is part of what keeps MainStreet's doors open across the Southeast.
