Occupational Medicine Outside Sales 
The position covers territory in South Georgia and North Florida! MainStreet Family Care is currently seeking an Outside Sales Executive for our Southern clinics to grow our occupational health business. This person will be responsible for finding new leads and closing the deal! You will oversee setting up and maintaining accounts across our Southern territories.

The Opportunity:

  • Build professional relationships with small business owners, HR directors, safety managers to build and maintain our Occupational Medicine and Workers Compensation business.
  • Increase our market penetration, gain market share and drive patient volume.

B2B:

  • Identify prospective area businesses and develop leads by cold calling by phone and in person.
  • Visit area businesses to promote the clinic and occupational medicine program to HR directors, safety directors, and employees.
  • Daily documentation of sales and account activity in CRM database.

  • Super outgoing – 90% of the job is doing cold calls on the phone or in person to grow our occupational medicine business by selling our services to potential users.
  • Excellent time management skills – You must be able to manage your time wisely and be willing to put in as many hours per week as needed.
  • Outside Sales oriented – if you love doing outside sales, meeting people, and helping them learn how the services you have to offer are beneficial for them, this position could be a perfect fit.

The Details:

  • Position based in Georgia and North Florida; with some Southeast Alabama territory possible. 
  • A company vehicle is provided for work travel - as you will be traveling to small towns all over your territory. 
  • Competitive salary plus significant commission potential.
  • Overnight travel is often required. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One (1) – Four (4) years related work experience in outside sales
  • Ability to conduct 90% of workdays in the field with customers and work flexible hours (i.e. lots of travel in the company car to get to your towns)
  • Ability to accommodate overnight travel.  When we open a new clinic you may spend a few days in a town developing momentum.
