MainStreet Family Trainer

 

The MainStreet Family is growing again! We have plans to open 20 new clinics each year for at least the next 5 years. Our footprint is expanding into multiple states in the Southeastern US. We have two clinic brands, MainStreet in rural communities and KidsStreet in suburban/urban areas.

Expanding our footprint means that it's time to expand our Training Team. We're looking for a patient, energetic, policy and protocol-focused Medical Assistant or LPN to become our third Family Trainer. The Family Trainer’s primary focus is to ensure that all Medical Assistants are trained in proper MainStreet protocol and procedure.

The Family Trainer will work out of our Andalusia, AL clinic, providing hands-on training to Medical Assistants.

Preferred Qualifications Include:

  • Exceptional knowledge of clinical and administrative medical assistant skills and terminology
  • CMA, LPN or RN
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Working knowledge of EMR and MS Office
  • 2+ years’ clinical experience

 

Important Stuff:

  • COVID vaccination is required as a condition of employment.


Primary duties include:

  • Conduct classroom on-the-job training sessions for new MAs
  • Provide any necessary re-training for current MAs
  • Create, utilize and maintain necessary checklists to ensure the training plan is properly executed
  • Evaluate and report trainee progress to Director of Talent and Training and the Operations Team
  • Be a cultural ambassador- lead by example by upholding and instilling MainStreet values of “Wow”, “Heal and Feel”, and “We are Family” with new staff members at all times
