Location: This position is based out of our corporate office in Birmingham, AL, however, this position can operate remotely. Travel among clinic locations expected.
Description: MainStreet Family Care is a company on the rise! We are Alabama's second largest urgent care company, and in our first three years, we've opened 16 urgent care and primary care locations around the state including Alabama's first pediatric urgent care clinics. Our goal is to help patients heal and feel better, FAST!
We currently seeking a Content Manager to dominate our web presence, master our social media, and coordinate PR efforts. You will be responsible for creating, improving and maintaining content to achieve our business goals. Your duties will also include sharing content to raise brand awareness and monitoring web traffic and metrics to identify best practices. Basically, when it comes to the marketing of this company, you're it! You're a one person team working closely alongside CMO to brainstorm, create and execute on short-term and long-term strategy.
Qualifications:
- 1-4 years related work experience in marketing, advertising, or graphic design
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
- Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Experience using InDesign, Adobe Premiere, HootSuite, MailChimp, WordPress, and Canva preferred
- Computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree or associates degree preferred

Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Create and publish engaging content
- Manage activity on social media pages
- Manage digital campaigns
- Facilitate follow up on patient complaints and reviews
- Work at events and information tables with our mascot, Dr. Wags
- Update and maintain two websites to achieve SEO goals
- Company newsletter
- MainStreet TV content (write & co-produce)
- Create marketing materials for sales team and for recruitment
- Assist with internal marketing tactics
- Direct email & text system and campaigns
Base salary with additional performance-based bonus.
