About the Role

This is more than just a coordinator role—this person will be the CMO’s trusted partner, sharing in strategic planning, project management, and tactical execution. Ideal candidates are marketing-savvy, self-driven, and thrive in fast-paced environments where multi-tasking and initiative are essential. They genuinely care about team success and will help the department win, clinic by clinic.

What You’ll Own

 Project & Team Coordination

  • Stay on top of all grand openings and events, tracking key dates, deliverables, and follow-up actions.

  • Monitor each teammate’s workload to ensure balanced priorities, reassigning or flagging tasks as needed.

  • Attend new-clinic and status meetings alongside the CMO, capturing detailed notes and pushing next steps forward.

  • Own Teamwork management: assign tasks, set timelines, monitor progress, and hold accountability.

  • Assist with coordinate printing, signage, and swag—oversee logistics end to end.

Marketing Execution & Ops

  • Support content strategy, especially for social media (templates, proofing, calendar oversight).

  • Partner with Brandon to launch, track, and optimize paid social campaigns.

  • Lead email marketing via Mailjet—template creation, segmentation, sending, and reporting.

  • Run text/SMS campaigns via Twilio—workflow creation, scheduling, and performance analysis.

  • Support organic SEO efforts—review blog outlines/content, proofing, and scheduling for publishing.

Strategic Support & Problem Solving

  • Help identify underperforming clinics and brainstorm solutions to improve performance.

  • Represent the CMO in select meetings.

  • Be proactive—spot bottlenecks or issues early, propose fixes before they escalate.

Who You Are

Required

  • 3–5 years’ experience in marketing operations, project management, or similar roles

  • Hands-on familiarity with Teamwork, Mailjet, and Twilio or other project management, email marketing, and text-based marketing tools.

  • Strong background in digital/organic marketing: social media, email/SMS, SEO, content workflows.

  • Highly organized with top-tier multi-tasking and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills—comfortable working across multiple stakeholders.

  • Naturally initiative-driven and solution-oriented, not needing step-by-step guidance.

  • Positive attitude, team-focused, and genuinely invested in collective success.

 Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience in healthcare, retail, or multi-location brand settings.

  • Familiarity with marketing analytics, performance tracking, and reporting.
