MainStreet Family Care operates two rapidly going brands: MainStreet Family Care and KidsStreet Urgent Care 

MainStreet Website  -  focus on rural communities. 

KidsStreet Website   - focus on kids (pediatric urgent care).  

We are rapidly growing and currently have over 50 clinic ins Alabama, Georgia, North Florida, and North Carolina. Serving rural communities and moms is more than a business model—it's a calling.  

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to lead our marketing efforts, strengthen our brand presence, and drive patient engagement across Alabama, or Georgia and North Florida clinics.  

This is a grassroots, event-centric role.   You love events!!! 

For our new clinics you are responsible for the grand opening event, and the groundwork and marketing associated with that.   You canvass the town and network, network, network.  You become best friends with the schools and the community.  

For your existing clinics, you organize and produce several yearly events such as participation in all major school events, all community fairs, carnivals, festivals, and parades.   

You are organizing, hosting, participant in events about all of the time.  You are networking and communicating with the schools and chamber of commerce in each of your communities all the time. If you are not working on an event, you are on the phone networking. You also assist our social media team for each of your clinics.  You facilitate local content, respond to reviews (both Facebook and Google).  

There is significant travel in this role, including frequent overnight travel.  You are on the road everyday working in your clinics communities, participating and hosting events.  The exact set of clinics you are responsible for changes, and we open new clinics often.  Here is the current set of clinics in your territory:

So, as you can see there is significant driving, significant travel, and frequent overnight stays. 

 

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:  

  • You love events! 

  • You love planning! 

  • You are going to know and become best friends with everyone at the schools and chamber at each of your clinics. 

  • To this end, you have proven experience in Event Management 

  • We prefer a Bachelor’s degree  

  • Ability to work remotely and travel up to 80% of the time; must have a reliable vehicle

90% of the job is interacting with others to promote urgent care, at events talking attendees, talking with vendors, talking with schools, talking with the chamber.

You must be able to manage your time wisely and be willing to put in as many hours per week as needed. This is not a job for someone who simply wants to punch a time clock and earn a paycheck. It is a job for someone who wants to own their position and grow their clinics.   
 
3. Self Starter 
If you need someone continually telling you what to do, this position isn't for you. 
If, after completing training and reviewing a marketing plan, you're the type of person who can run with it and find new and even better ways of doing things on your own, you'll thrive.
