MainStreet is a company on a roll! We built and opened 16 Urgent Care / Primary Care clinics in less than three years, and we’re proud of both our growth and our high standards of operation. Boom! Our clinics are in rural Alabama locations such as Selma, Sylacauga, Moody/Leeds, Arab, Oneonta, Alexander City, Valley, Eufaula, Monroeville, Andalusia, Brewton, and Centre.

What you will do

At MainStreet, we rely heavily on data to manage operations and to make sound decisions. This data comes from a number of systems (e.g. Electronic Medical Records, Accounting, etc.) and we need you to help us identify important metrics, to mine the data from the appropriate systems, to report this data in a useable format and, ultimately, to help us analyze this data so we can make smart decisions. You will report to the Chief Financial Officer and your mission is to support our Senior Management Team and help us soar to even greater heights as a company!

Responsibilities of the Business Analyst:

• Develop a mastery level of knowledge of all systems
• Work with the Senior Management Team to develop reports that are essential to operating the company
• Design reports to meet those needs
• Analyze data on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis including trend analysis
• Present reports to Senior Management Team and others
• Identify actionable concerns and issues based on your analyses
• Help drive Incremental Improvement
• Participate in the annual budgeting process and monitor company performance to budget

• You enjoy building reports with data from multiple systems and love finding hidden gems in the output.
• You must have iron-clad values.
• You are resilient. You can hear feedback, deal with difficult situations, and adjust as necessary, but you always do what you think is best.
• You never give up. You will dig into a report tirelessly until you find the answer … whatever that is.
• You are detail driven.
• You are fun, friendly and people would describe you as optimistic.
• You do need at least a Bachelor’s degree.
• This job will be working out of our corporate office in Birmingham, Alabama and the company will not be helping with relocation.
