FT Medical Assistant

* We occasionally offer seasonal positions, where your employment would be temporary, to help clinic operations during cold and flu season. These positions are based on clinic needs, but typically last 4-6 months. Would you be interested in a seasonal role?

* We treat each and every patient that enters our clinic before closing time -- so if we close at 8pm and someone enters at 7:59, they will still be treated. This means you will occasionally have to stay past closing time to serve our community. Is that something you are able to commit to?

* This position requires you to work the schedule listed in the job ad -- including 12-hour shifts on weekdays, and 7-12 hour shifts on weekends, depending on the clinic. Are you able to meet this requirement?

* Mandatory training for this position occurs at our Training Center located in Hoover, AL or Smithfield, NC (whichever is closer to your clinic) for 4 consecutive days (Monday to Thursday). During training, MainStreet Family Care will cover your hotel expenses, mileage, provide up to 32 hours of paid training, and offer a daily per diem for meals. Are you able to commit to this requirement, including traveling to the training center?

* MainStreet has introduced a two-room training format to encourage collaboration and team building. A partner will be assigned to you, and you'll be sharing a hotel room for the full four-day training. Are you comfortable with this arrangement?
