* Do you have experience with CLIA certificates, accreditation, Medicare/Medicare DME enrollment, and/or Medicaid enrollment? If so, tell us about it!
* Do you have experience working within a multi-location healthcare organization? If so, tell us about it!
* Which work environment sounds most like you?
I thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. I’m comfortable figuring things out as I go and jumping in wherever I’m needed.
I do my best work when I have a clear plan, established processes, and predictable priorities. I prefer to know what’s coming so I can stay organized.
I prefer an environment where responsibilities are clearly defined and I can focus on my assigned tasks without frequent interruptions or changes in direction.
I work best when I have plenty of time to research an issue, consider my options, and make sure I have the right answer before moving forward.
I like a collaborative environment where I can lean on my team when I run into something unfamiliar and work through challenges together.
* You’re given a problem you haven’t encountered before, and the person who normally handles it is unavailable. What are you most likely to do?
I’ll start by researching the issue, reviewing available resources, and looking for a solution on my own. If I still can’t resolve it, I’ll reach out with specific questions and explain what I’ve already tried.
I’ll reach out to someone on the team right away so I can make sure I’m handling the situation correctly before taking action.
I’ll put the issue aside until the person who normally handles it is available so I don’t risk making the wrong decision.
I’ll try a few things to see what works and adjust from there. If I can’t figure it out quickly, I’ll ask someone else to take over.
I’ll research the issue thoroughly and wait until I’m confident I have the right answer before taking any action.
* What is your current compensation?
* Does that include bonuses? If so, what is the breakdown of base and commission/bonuses?
Is there anything else you'd like us to know?
